- Description: Creating awareness as the first step to understanding ergonomics and strengthening our proper seating position.
We took a playful approach to a topic that’s generally been treated as mandatory drudgery: ergonomics. Our idea was to ditch the lab coat, strip out all of the dull, and simply let our audience have fun while they learn some ergonomic basics.
